Hafiz Salman Haider has completed his medical education, but has a deep interest in the political and social issues of Pakistan. During his student life he used to participate in a lot of extra curricular activities and always wanted to work towards empowering the youth of Pakistan through contributing towards an effective policy making process in the country.  He is also currently associated with the left wing political party & a youth organization (People’s Youth Organization – PYO) as an information secretary. He believes in dialogue and political approach to tackle the problem of counter violence and extremism. He wants to learn more about different peace related issues and solutions through 17th YPP.
