Waqas holds a Master’s degree from GCU Faisalabad. He has a keen interest in improving the condition of his constituency by utilising his potential and leadership skills which he believes can be flourished and polished through joining the 17th YPP. He is very concerned about the situation of the poor people in Pakistan and the existing inequalities. He is a member of the Youth Standing Committee on Higher Education.
