YP603-NA-205 Ghotki-II Abdul Rafay

Abdul Rafay, 24, belonging to the NA-205 Ghotki-II, has done his bachelors in LLB (hons) and is now preparing to take the CSS exams of 2023. His bachelor’s thesis topic was “A Critical Analysis of Death Execution of Mentally Ill Prisoners’. He believes in practical application of policy making. Furthermore, he believes in broad-based skills due to which he also did freelancing for a couple of months during the last semester which diversified his understanding skills in different fields. He believes that what he studied in the bachelors would be optimally utilized in policy making exercises of the YPP.
