Syed Bilal Shah belongs to Peshawar, Pakistan. He is working as a teacher in the Elementary and Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the last 2 years. For more than 3 years he has worked in the banking sector, where he was responsible for managing cheque clearing, account opening and maintenance. Currently, he is a PhD. research scholar at the Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar. He is studying the negotiation processes in an organizational setup. His aim in life is to work for humanity, betterment of society and make efforts to eliminate poverty and extremism.
