Irtaza is a development practitioner currently working as Project Officer at Center for Peace, Development and Reforms. He has worked extensively on capacity building of youth, local bodies system and been a staunch human rights activist with focus on Kashmir Conflict. He has actively participated in educational ventures across AJK particularly on developing entrepreneurship skills among youth. He is a regular contributor of articles on socio-economic issues to the leading newspapers of Pakistan. He is a member of the Youth Standing Committee on Youth Affairs.
