Sohail is a learner and an activist in the field of youth leadership & peace building. He is focused on sustainable development goals particularly on SDG#4, 5 and 16. He has been working since 2018 on youth engagement, women empowerment, and peace building. He has contributed to different local newspapers in Balochistan highlighting issues related to sdgs and youth. He is a certified young sustainability leader. Currently, he is working as  an ALLY fellow in a regional peacebuilding fellowship program. Further, he was shortlisted for different national & international workshops, forums and exchange programs. He is a member of the Youth Standing Committee on National Security – II (External Security and Defence).
