Noman holds a BA from the University of Balochistan. He has a keen interest in the socio-poltical affairs of Pakistan and beleives that the 17th YPP will empower him with the necessary skills to serve his country in the future. He is a member of the Youth Standing Committee on Foreign Relations – IV (China, Russia, Turkey & Central Asia).
