Saulat hails from Jampur district Rajanpur. He got his early education from Jampur. After that he did his BSc Electrical Engineering from Sharif College of Engineering and Technology, Lahore he completed his masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Central Punjab, Lahore. Currently he is looking for a job and enjoys reading newspapers, books on history and politics of Pakistan and internet surfing. In co-curricular activities, he likes to play cricket, football, volleyball and badminton. He is a member of the Youth Standing Committee on Foreign Relations – IV (China, Russia, Turkey & Central Asia).
