Babar Ali belongs to Kasur, Punjab.  He completed his Bachelors in Commerce from the University of the Punjab, Lahore in 2016. After that, he got enrolled in MS in Hailey College of Commerce, Lahore. During his enrollment at the Hailey College, he also did Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation Law from Punjab University Law College. He wants to learn about democratic, economic, electoral and political system of Pakistan. He is a member of the Youth Standing Committee on Foreign Relations – III (Middle East & North Africa).
