Maira, a 23 year old individual, is currently serving as a full-time Research Assistant on the DeliverEd Project at the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives. Earlier this year, Maira graduated from New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) with a major in Social Research; Public Policy and a Minor in Social Entrepreneurship. Through her work in the development sector, Maira hopes to continue her efforts in supporting quality research as a crucial tool for effective policy-making. Maira has primarily engaged with research focusing on the educational landscape in Pakistan and is determined to continue her quest for learning and sharing more about it. She is a member of the Youth Standing Committee on Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
